SC to hear MHA plea on Delhi HC order terming Center's notification as 'suspect'

The Supreme Court will hear on Friday an appeal by the MHA against the Delhi High Court order that termed as “suspect” a Centre’s notification, barring the Anti-corruption Branch of Delhi government from acting against its officials.
