Rafale Deal Negotiations To Begin This Month : Manohar Parrikar

Manohar Parikar announced today that the ministry has cleared procurements worth Rs 1 lakh crore of which 90% are under 'Make in India'. He also assured that Rafale deal negotiations will begin this month.
