India’s Modi visits Tamil communities in Sri Lanka

On a visit to Sri Lanka, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Tamils working in tea and rubber plantations.
He pledged to support a five-year plan to improve the living standards of communities in Sri Lanka's plantations.
