Thousands of pro-Maduro demonstrators march in Caracas

Thousands of supporters of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro take to the streets of the capital to express their support for their leader at an open air rally in which Maduro signs a document formally establishing the terms for electing members that will be tasked with drafting a new constitution.
