The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) successfully drove squads of Islamic State terrorists from an area near the village of Khnefies in the Homs Province on Thursday, reopening roads between the city of Palmyra and Syria’s capital.
The M90, M53, and M45 highways are now open for the first time since 2014.
