Iran's revolutionary guard promises revenge for Tehran attacks

Iran's Revolutionary Guard has vowed to take revenge for the twin attacks in Tehran which killed at least 12 people.
ISIL says it was behind the attacks which targeted the parliament and the tomb of the leader of the Iranian revolution.
