At least three people were killed in an explosion at a busy shopping mall in the Colombian capital Bogota on Saturday evening.
Bogota Mayor Enrique Penalosa branded the blast inside a bathroom at the Centro Andino mall as a “cowardly terrorist attack”. Colombia’s Noticias Caracol reported that nine other people were injured in the incident.
Penalosa identified one of the victims as 23-year-old French woman Julie Huynh.
