Panelists at interfaith dialogue highlight benefits of fasting

Panelists at an interfaith dialogue yesterday evening talked about one of the acts which they all practice in their faith - fasting.

The discussions looked at how different religions emphasise the spirituality and discipline behind fasting and the meaning and reason for fasting.
