Syria: Dozens of captured ISIL members pardoned during rebel offensive in Raqqa

Dozens of ISIL members, who were captured by the Syrian Democratic Forces - an alliance of rebel groups - during an offensive to remove ISIL from its stronghold of Raqqa, have been given amnesty in a goodwill gesture.
