Witnesses Recall Seeing Kids Playing With BB Guns at Playground Where Child Was Shot

As a seven-year-old girl is recovering in the hospital after being shot by a seven-year-old boy on a playground, witnesses are saying they`ve seen kids playing with bb guns at the same play area before.
