Teen Facing OWI Charges After Crashing Into Home, Killing Sisters

Police say a 17-year-old driver who crashed into an Indiana home Wednesday night and killed two girls tested positive for opioids. The two girls, ages 17 and 9, were watching TV in the living room when the crash happened, according to family.
