Tarek and Christina El Moussa's Divorce Might Get Tossed

Flip or Flop star Tarek El Moussa might have his divorce against his estranged wife thrown out of court.

Here’s the deal: after Tarek filed for divorce on January 9th, he allowed so much time to pass that the court warned him the case might get tossed because it does not appear to be moving forward.

So we either needs to do something about it… or refile again.

In the docs, the realtor cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking joint custody of the two children he shares with Christina El Moussa, as well as seeking spousal support.

He is also attempting to block her from seeking support against him.

Christina has yet to respond to the divorce.

Things fell apart for the couple after 7 years of marriage… most notably after a story broke that he escaped to the woods with a gun threatening to kill himself.

The couple has continued to shoot their show, Flip or Flop.
