Argentine farmers protest by giving away 30 tons of bananas

Outraged by the high levels of banana imports, Argentine agricultural producers gave away more than 30.000 kilos of the fruit on Wednesday, an act that made for long queues on Buenos Aires’ emblematic square, Plaza de Mayo.
