Man relieves himself in dustbin when withdrawing cash at ATM

Bizarre footage has emerged from China of a man relieving himself in a dustbin before using an ATM in Binzhou, eastern Shandong Province on September 10.

According to local reports, the bank did not call the police over the incident.
