Theresa May says speculation isn't 'helpful' after Donald Trump tweet about London bomb attack

The U.S. President tweeted that perpetrators of the Parsons Green bomb were "losers" that were "in the sights of Scotland Yard". At least 22 people were injured after the attack on 15 September.
