Eggless chocolate cake in open vessel - No condensed milk & oven chocolate cake recipe in hindi

Simple and easy eggless chocolate cake recipe without condensed milk and oven. Perfect fluffy and soft. Now everyone can prepare cake at home on gas stove. You can also decorate it according to you either with chocolate ganache or with whipping cream frosting. A good option for birthday, anniversary and any other occasion. Ingredients\r

1 cup maida or all purpose flour\r
1/4 cup oil\r
1/2 cup powder sugar\r
1/4 cup curd\r
1/2 cup milk\r
1/2 cup hot water\r
Few drops vanilla essence\r
1/2 tsp baking powder\r
1/4 tsp baking soda\r
2 tbsp cocoa powder\r

Mix oil and sugar in a large bowl till smooth and creamy\r
Sieve all the dry ingredients in to it and mix\r
Add curd and half of the milk and mix it in a same direction.\r
Add remaining milk and mix it properly\r
In last add hot water and prepare a lump free batter\r
Grease cake tin with oil and pour the batter\r
Bake it for 40 minutes on gas stove.\r
Check it from toothpick, if its clean then cake is ready\r
Let it cool down and demould\r
Cake is ready, decorate it according to you.
