In this cake decorating tutorial, I demonstrate how to create three ombre mini cakes using three of the most popular pipping techniques- Rosettes, Pearls / shells and the pleat or frill pattern. Enjoy!\r

BUTTERCREAM:\r
for 3 mini cakes used:\r
700 grams unsalted butter\r
1300 grams icing sugar\r
3 to 4 tablespoons milk\r
1 teaspoon vanilla extr.\r

In these video tutorials, I normally use Bakels Premixes to save on time.\r
(Bakels is a bakery grade cake premix. Another great brand is Allied Mills)\r
