Sliding Tab (by Empol) - Android Homescreen Tutorial

One of the kings of minimalism Empol shines again with another Screen of the Day, this one titled Sliding Tab. Using the power of Lightning Launcher, sliding between pages is a dream, sliding to the left brings up your app page, to the right your notifications. Sliding up brings your weather, and all of the pages are pulled together through the art of minimalism and a keen eye for design. This video tutorial will help you recreate this very homescreen setup.\r

Part 1: Before you Begin\r

Part 2: Lightning Launcher Setup\r
\r
1. Copy all the Resources (see above) onto your phone.\r
2. Paste the Lightning Launcher backup into /sdcard/LightningLauncher.\r
3. Hold down on the homescreen - Customize Lightning.\r
4. Scroll down to Restore, and select the backup you pasted eariler.\r

Part 3: Zooper Widget Setup\r
\r
1. Make sure to paste all the .zw files that are included in the resources link into /sdcard/ZooperWidget/Templates.\r
2. Add the skins by holding down on the homescreen - widgets - Zooper (size depending on what size the end result should be.\r
3. Once all the skins has been added, you then need to open the Zooper Editor, change the on tap ion to be either Disabled or an app (for the entire skin), or select Layout and change the on-tap ion for each of the modules (items).\r
