Norfolk, Virginia Agrees to $1.5M Settlement to Family of Mentally Ill Man Killed by Officer

The City of Norfolk, Virginia has agreed to a $1.5 million settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit filed in federal court by the family of a mentally ill man shot and killed by a Norfolk police officer.
