University of Arkansas Quarterback Cole Kelley Arrested on Suspicion of DWI

University of Arkansas redshirt freshman quarterback Cole Kelley was arrested Sunday morning in Fayetteville on suspicion of DWI, violation of implied consent and reckless driving.
