Charles the dog was delighted by heavy rain falling in Melbourne, Victoria, on Friday, December 1, unaffected by dire storm warnings issued by the Bureau of Meteorology throughout the day.
Heavy rain and strong winds were expected, with train schedules and roads across the city disrupted, the Herald Sun reported.
