Operations were returning normal on Monday, December 18, at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport after a power outage crippled the airport on Sunday. Finding baggage, though, could be a chore.
Delta, which uses Atlanta as its hub, encouraged passengers not to pick up luggage on Monday because of congestion. The airline also set up a dedicated hotline to assist passengers in finding their baggage.
