Girl Ice-Skates Down Frozen Street in Airdrie

When Caroline Simpson caught a glimpse of her neighbor ice skating down the street in Airdrie, Scotland, she couldn’t quite believe it.

Speaking to Storyful Caroline explained: “Something caught my eye out of my bedroom window, when I looked out there was my neighbor skating up and down the street, as the street hadn’t been gritted.
