A gunman shot at police killing one deputy and injuring four others at an apartment complex in Denver, Colorado after police responded to a domestic violence call.
The gunman was shot at and is believed to have been killed. Two civilians were also shot by the suspect.
The sheriff’s office had earlier issued a “code red” regarding the incident and advised those in the area to shelter in place, avoid windows, and stay away from exterior walls.
