Fire Department Footage Shows Damage Caused by Deadly Montecito Floods and Mudslides

Buildings, roads and vehicles were completely destroyed in Montecito, California, following torrential rain, flooding and mudslides in the area on January 9. At least 15 people were killed, while dozens had to be rescued.
