Slow Cooker Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup Recipe (牛肉麵)

This is my Uncles delicious Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup recipe. Great for warming you up on a cold day. Ive modified it so we could use the slow cooker and get perfectly tender meat without cooking for hours on the stove. If you dont have a slow cooker, you can still cook this soup by slowly simmering for about 2 hours on a very low heat (or until the meat is tender). \r
