Tata Steel's Kalinganagar plant unlikely to open this month, too

Tata Steel Ltd has already missed its financial year 2014-2015 timeline to commission its Kalingangar steel project in Orissa and now faces an uphill task to meet the April 2015 deadline as the company says it is still awaiting clearances from both the state and the Central government.
