IFC to issue $2 bn offshore rupee bonds

International Finance Corporation (IFC), the investment arm of World Bank, has recieved RBI approval to issue $2 billion offshore rupee bonds and $5 billion onshore rupee bonds. Mint's Anup Roy has more
