Tata Power Co. Ltd on Wednesday said it has signed a share-purchase agreement with Ideal Energy Projects Ltd(IEPL), promoted by members of Mhaiskar family of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd, for acquisition of a 540 MW coal-based thermal power project in Maharashtra, the firm said in a filing to BSE.
