Pipavav, ABG close in on deals as investors make a beeline for shipyards

Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Co. Ltd, the first Indian company outside state control to get a licence to build warships for the Indian Navy, is likely to sell at least 51% stake in the company by this month end.
