Auxiliary cop believed to be mastermind of kidnapping ring

Selangor police chief Commissioner Datuk Mazlan Mansor told a press conference that 29 people were arrested including an auxiliary policeman believed to be the mastermind of a kidnapping ring involved in the abduction of a transport company manager.
