Liow urges SMEs to seize opportunities in Belt and Road Initiative

Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the Belt and Road Initiative will benefit small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and refuted claims that the Initiative only involves big infrastructure projects carried out by big firms.
