Proposed California Bill Would Add Fee to Gun, Ammo Purchases to Pay for Armed Officers in Schools

California Assemblyman Jim Cooper is introducing a bill that would put a fee on gun and ammunition purchases that would go towards putting more school counselors and armed officers in schools.
