Parents from Mumbai writes to HRD Mnister; asks him to conduct the retest for Class X

Parents from Mumbai have written to HRD Mnister Prakash Javadekar asking him not to conduct the retest for the Math Class X exam as there were no reports for paper leak in Maharashtra. They appealed to the minister to meet them.
