According to TMZ, Jared Fogle is suing judges and prosecutors from his previous trail, claiming he was unjustly charged with conspiracy to receive pictures of minors. The disgraced former Subway spokesman, who was sentenced to 15 years in jail on a child porn conviction, is seeking $57 million. Recently, Fogle also made an attempt to get himself freed from prison, filing paperwork seeking a writ of habeas corpus from the federal court in Denver, Colorado.
