Guan Eng: I will debate Wee Ka Siong if he reveals proof

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said he is prepared to debate with Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong if the latter names the state government leader who allegedly received millions of ringgit in the controversial undersea tunnel project.
