Moscow blames London for refusing to cooperate on Skripal case

The Russian prosecutor's office accuses London of refusing to cooperate in the investigation into the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal, who he said was used as a pretext for an "anti-Russian campaign" as previously with the death of Alexander Litvinenko and Boris Berezovsky.
