GRWM ➸ Graphic Neon Liner + Purple Lips

Happy Easter, my pretties! Im back today with a tutorial based on this photo I posted on Instagram a few days ago: Ive had this idea kicking around in my head for awhile but didnt know what brand of eyeliner I wanted to use, I finally settled on Lime Crime. Ive done a similar look in the past that Ive linked below using just drugstore products, I recommend you check it out if youre into out-of-the-box makeup looks. As every one of my tutorials go, if you dont have the ex products I am using, use whatever you have on hand that is similar. As long as you use the same technique, you can customize this tutorial to your personal preferences. I think outlining the black winged eyeliner with a bright neon shade and pairing it with a bold lip looks pretty damn cool. I wish Id posted this in time for Coachella! Oh well, next year.
