Supreme Court ने मांगे Shah Jahan के signature, दिया Sunni Waqf Board को Order । वनइंडिया हिंदी

There is a case in the Supreme Court regarding this matter of who owns the right to the land of Taj Mahal. On hearing the petition of Sunni Waqf Board, Justice Deepak Mishra has ordered the Board and also has given a week's time to go and sign the documents signed by Shah Jahan.

ताजमहल की जमीन पर मालिकाना हक किसका है इस बात को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में मामला चल रहा है । सुन्नी वक्फ बोर्ड की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए जस्टिस दीपक मिश्रा ने बोर्ड को आदेश दिया है और साथ ही एक हफ्ते का समय दिया है कि जाईए और दस्तावेजों पर शाहजहां के साइन कराकर लाइए , गौरतलब है कि शाहजहां की मृत्यु 1666 में हो गई थी
