UP 70-year-old woman denied ambulance; carried on cot to the hospital

In yet another case of medical apathy from UP's Shahjahanpur, a 70-year-old woman was carried on a cot to the hospital as the ambulance allegedly refused to come as there was no fuel in the vehicle. Chief medical officer says, 'we will look into the matter. Culprits will not be spared'.
