Eggless custard cake recipe - Easy eggless cake for parties - Custard cake at home

Try this something different eggless custard cake unlike chocolate cake and vanilla cake. Good for birthday, anniversary and for valentines day.\r

Ingredients\r

For cake\r

1/4 cup melted butter\r
1/4 cup powdered sugar\r
1 -1/2 cup refined flour\r
1 cup custard milk\r
1/2 tsp baking powder\r
Few drops pineapple essence\r
\r
For icing\r
\r
1 cup whipping cream\r
3-4 tbsp thick custard\r
Few drops pineapple essence\r
Pinch of yellow food colour\r
Pinch of raspberry red colour\r

For making cake mix all the ingredients together\r
Grease cake tin with butter and pour the batter\r
Bake it at 180•c for 25 minutes\r
Let it cool down\r
Beat the whipping cream and add all the ingredient except red food colour till you gets soft peaks\r
Divide cream in to two parts and in second bowl add red food colour\r
Now you have two colours red and yellow\r
Fill it in piping bag and start icing of your choice\r
Serve it
