Teen Born with Cerebral Palsy Gets Special Carriage Ride to Prom

Family members say 18-year-old Shamari Ferguson was never supposed to walk or talk because of her Cerebral Palsy diagnosis, but she`s defied all those odds and deserved a special Prom night.
