Amazon Bans Customers With Too Many Returns ‘The Wall Street Journal’ reported that customers have been banned without warning to prevent long-term abuse of Amazon’s return policy. Amazon, to NBC News Amazon added that it is rare for them to ban users for making too many returns over a long period of time.
