Aerial video of the flooding in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire

From Tewkesbury to Upton-on-Severn the River Sever has burst it's banks submerging large areas of the countryside in floodwater. Hundreds of home owners have been left counting the cost of the fifth serious flooding event in the last decade.
