Cheeky teen literally driving flustered cop round the bend

This is the moment a police officer was taunted by a cheeky youth who drove around him in circles on a bike as he tried to catch him on foot. Mobile phone footage shows the teen on the back of an off-road scrambler repeatedly giving the flustered cop the runaround as laughing pals egg him on. The video - filmed on parkland in Kingshurst, Birmingham- shows the officer giving chase as the suspect mocks him by driving just out of reach. His pals can be heard giggling in the background with one of them shouting at the officer: "You f***ing fat s**t."
