Fire in Mumbai's Scindia House building, 6 people rescued

Six people were rescued from a fire that broke out in Mumbai's Scindia House building on June 1. The fire started at around 4:50 pm on the third floor of the building which houses government offices including the income tax office. It was confined to the third and the fourth floor. Initial reports did not mention any casualties. A fire brigade official also said the cause of fire was not immediately known.
