Dr Mahathir: KL-S'pore HSR postponed, not scrapped

Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad has reiterated that the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail (HSR) project had been postponed, not scrapped.

He said that the project cost will also have to be reduced.
