Satellite Footage Shows Rapid Growth of the Deadly Californian Wildfires

Satellite footage released by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration shows how wildfires grew across California over the week of July 24 – 30.

The satellites recorded the spread of the Carr Fire, the state’s largest fire of the year so far.
