Remain invested in short-term debt products: R. Sivakumar

R. Sivakumar, head fixed income at Axis Asset Management Co. Ltd, told Mint that investors should remain in short-term debt products. “While the long duration offers tactical opportunities, it is highly volatile. I still don’t see value in that part of the curve, both from investment and risk perspective,” he said. The fund manager was speaking on the sidelines of the Mint Mutual Fund Conclave in Mumbai.
