PNC's Jolene Toves speaks with Agana Heights Mayor Paul Mcdonald on the opening of shelters and what you need to bring if you plan on seeking refuge from flooding or mudslides reported throughout the island. According to the Mayor shelters will close down at midnight if no island residents seek accomodations at the shelters.
